1. 登錄 CareSimple。
2. 找到要為其添加測量的患者，然後按下他的姓名以訪問其個人資料。
3. In the Vital Signs section, press on + ADD VITAL highlighted below.
4. 選擇適當的度量，並使用正確的值填充欄位。如果您的值接近預設值，您也可以使用向上和向下箭頭。實際日期和時間是自動設置的，但如果您添加的記錄來自前一天，則始終可以更改它。按兩下行行圖示和時間字段以執行此操作。
Press Submit to successfully save.
刪除度量
1. 登錄 CareSimple。
2. 找到要刪除其測量的患者，然後按下其姓名以訪問其個人資料。
3. In the Vital Signs section, scroll down till you find the measurements.
4. Click on the desired measurement to be deleted. A new window should appear displaying the measurement's information. Click on Delete measurement.
6. A security message will appear. Click on Delete to confirm.
