指示：
導航 Vital Signs 選項卡
1. 登錄 CareSimple。
2. On the left-hand side of the dashboard is a Patients icon to access the patient list when necessary. Press on the name of the patient of interest to access its profile.
3. You will find the patient's graph arriving in the Vital Signs tab. Scroll down to see the observations.
導航圖表
1. 使用下拉功能表選擇顯示測量值的日期範圍。默認情況下，每月範圍已設置。使用 「Custom Date Range（自訂日期範圍）」來設置您的首選範圍。
2. 向下滾動以查找觀察結果。通過選中觀察結果來選擇要在圖表上查看的觀察結果。
3. 預設設定是 線 圖。按 散射 以僅查看點值。

5. 使用游標在圖表上導航以獲取有關每個值的更多詳細資訊。將游標放在某個點上可提供有關測量時間、測量類型和特定值的資訊。此外，點的顏色表示測量的風險級別（紅色表示非常高的值，黃色表示高值，綠色表示正常值）。
6. 突出顯示圖表的特定部分可以更改軸並專注於圖表的突出顯示部分。按放大鏡可恢復原始狀態。
觀察
1. 所有觀測值都顯示在圖表下方的垂直表格中。此表在水平線上顯示患者在同一天內進行的所有測量。
查看參考範圍
參考範圍決定了測量的顏色。隨時諮詢他們。
1. 測量值的顏色表示風險級別（紅色表示非常高或非常低的值，黃色表示高或低值，綠色表示正常值）。
添加度量
1. To manually add vitals, click on +ADD VITAL.
2. Select the vitals type you want to add and then the values. Click on Submit to confirm.
