將患者存檔

1. 從患者清單中選擇患者

2. 在側邊欄中將患者狀態變更為“已存檔”

3. 系統會要求您確認“存檔”

4. The patient account will be locked for 30 days, during which time it cannot be reactivated.

該帳戶將不再被視為程式中的活動帳戶，從而防止產生任何進一步的警報、讀數或提醒。

重新登記患者

1. Following 30 days since the archiving of the patient, it is possible to re-enroll a patient into your virtual care program.
2. 進入患者名單
3. 篩選具有「存檔」狀態的患者列表

4. 選擇您想要重新登記的患者並將狀態變更為“已登記”

永久刪除患者

1. 患者存檔後，可以從 CareSimple 平台永久刪除患者。
2. 點擊患者圖表頂部的“...”按鈕
3. 從下拉清單中選擇刪除。

4. 這將從 CareSimple 中永久刪除該帳戶。
