2. Click on Alerts on the left side of the dashboard.
3. Alerts are separated into two categories which are Medical and Compliance.
Medical alerts are set to be filtered according to the severity which is illustrated by icons. You can always view alerts from the oldest to the most recent by clicking on Date; viewing patients with the highest number of alerts first is also possible when you click on Number. Finally, clicking on Patient Name will allow you to display patients in alphabetical order.
合規性警報表示與患者健康情況無關的警報。當患者不進行測量/不同步數據時，會觸發合規性警報。它們適用於行政助理。有幾種類型的合規性警報。最有用的類型是過去一周至少 4 天的數據。

Compliance alerts can be set on the Care Plan editor using Smart Events parameters. Compliance would arrive for each patient 7 days after they were onboarded and the alerts were created. For more information about how to add Smart Events to a patient's Care Plan, please refer to the Smart Event section of this article.

1. The first way to get notified of all the alerts that are not closed is by looking at the Alert tab icon. You will see a red number on it displaying the number of medical alerts only.
Note that when you close & document an alert, the count will go down. If you reopen an alert, the count will go up. Refer to this article for more information on how to close and reopen alerts.
2. 您還將收到有關您在患者護理計劃中選擇接收通知的警報的通知。通常，警報針對明顯高或非常低的值。警報將顯示患者的姓名、觸發時間、嚴重性、警報類型、數量和描述。
