消息通知
您將在您所在的任何視窗中收到新消息的通知。您可以通過按右上角以紅色突出顯示的信封圖示來查看消息的發送者和消息預覽。
如何向患者發送消息
1. 登錄 CareSimple。
2. 找到您要與之交談的患者，然後按下他的名字以訪問他的個人資料。
3. Click on Messages.
4. 在文字欄位中輸入您的資訊。點擊紙飛機圖示發送。借助這種即時通信功能，患者能夠使用 CareSimple 應用程式在幾秒鐘內回復。
如何發送問卷
1. Press the + icon and then on Questionnaires.
2. A new window with all the possible questionnaires will appear. Choose the one you want by clicking on the box beside it. You can also preview the questionnaires by clicking on them. Click on "Add" to confirm.
通過消息向患者發送問卷時，一次只能選擇一個問卷。所選調查問卷及其名稱應顯示在輸入框中，並顯示「請填寫以下調查問卷：調查問標籤題」的消息
3. 問卷將添加到您的下一條消息中。您可以添加一些文本並按下紙質飛機以發送與調查問卷一起的消息。
如何發送圖像和 PDF 檔或 URL 連結
1. 按下下面突出顯示的圖示。
2. Select Image, PDF or URL. A new window will appear according to what you chose. Click on Browse to choose an image or a file, or paste the link in the bar. Press Add and use the paper airplane icon to send.
